I’m Rin, the filmmaker behind TIDEOUT.

I’m drawn to the details that give a place its character—the movement, the atmosphere, and the people who bring it to life. Through film, I want to preserve more than what happened. I want to capture how it felt to be there.

TIDEOUT takes its name from the tide receding, revealing what usually lies beneath. That idea shapes my perspective: stay curious, look closer, and find a story beyond the first impression.
